My Approach
Most people come to me feeling run by something they can't quite control.
For some, it's anxiety, stress or burnout. For others, it's a knock to their confidence, grief, or old patterns that keep running the show no matter how hard they try to think their way out. And some are already performing well but want a calmer, sharper edge underneath it.
Whatever brings you here, the answer usually isn't more thinking. Real change happens on two levels at once.
Top down approach - with the mind: your thoughts, beliefs and the subconscious patterns driving how you respond.
And bottom up, approach - through the body and nervous system, where stress and old experiences are actually held. Mindstate and Breathwork are how we work both, so the shift is real, and it lasts.
About Kate
The people who find me aren't who you'd expect in the same room: special forces operators, surgeons, lawyers, and everyday people quietly running on empty. What they share is simple. They're done being run by what's underneath. So was I, once.
I was seven when I lost my mum to alcohol addiction, and even with a loving family around me, I felt lost for years. In time that lostness became my own drug addiction. What turned it around wasn't talking about my past on repeat. It was going deeper, into the body and the subconscious, and learning to work with my mind and body instead of against them.
In the end, the only way out was in.
That work gave me my life back. I moved through grief, addiction, anger, and the self-doubt that kept me small, and came out as someone I actually trust. Today I know my worth, and I'm no longer run by the chaos that used to drive me. Now I do the same for others, holding a space where people feel seen instead of judged.
The people who find me come from every walk of life: high-level athletes, individuals in the elite special forces, and tactical officers in the police, surgeons, lawyers, assistant principals, university professors, and everyday people just trying to find their footing. Different lives, the same quiet need: a way back to themselves.

We begin with a free 20-minute consultation. It's a chance to meet properly, make sure we're the right fit, and walk through how your sessions will work based on the programme you choose and what you're navigating to get the best results from your sessions.

Q: What actually happens in a breathwork session?
It depends on whether you're doing a Breathwork Journey or using Breathwork Tools.
Breathwork Journeys run for a full hour and go deeper, while Breathwork Tools are shorter and more focused. Before our session together, I prep you fully and in detail based on which one you're doing and the purpose behind it, and we run through short, fun exercises to practise the style of breath we'll be using. For full Breathwork Journeys, we also make sure you meet the safety requirements before we begin. We'll always make sure the setting is right and comfortable for you, so by the time we start, you'll feel ready and confident, and everything is tailored to what best suits your nervous system so the pace always meets you where you're at.

We'll talk through what you're navigating, what you're hoping to get out of our time working together, and where you're at right now. Once I have clarity on exactly what you're navigating, it becomes clear which type of programme is most suited to getting you the best results, and I live by "sometimes less is more."

Whichever programme you choose, the total investment for the programme is broken down into 4 monthly payments, so it's more manageable rather than paying it all upfront. There are no extra hidden costs and no surprises. What you see is what you pay, just split across four months.

Yes. Having a diagnosis doesn't exclude you from this work, but it does mean we take extra care in how we approach it. With your permission, I'll work alongside your medical professional so the two of us can stay connected and create a cohesive support network around you. That way, what we do together complements the care you're already receiving rather than working against it. Together, we'll also work out which style of breathwork is best suited to you, depending on your diagnosis, because not every approach is right for every person. The goal is always to support your wellbeing safely, at a pace that's right for you.
